James’ extensive experience spans both agency and in-house recruitment. While leading hiring operations for a major eCommerce technology company, he managed the recruitment of over 3,000 employees across various levels in just four years. This rapid expansion, launching in five countries and growing revenue to £50 million, exposed flaws in traditional recruitment models. Agencies often prioritised quick placements over quality hires, leading to inefficiencies and poor candidate experiences.
Determined to redefine the process, James founded Alethia Talent Partners, focusing on delivering only the most qualified candidates while reducing hiring complexities for businesses.
