We are recruiting for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to work on a permanent basis for an engineering/construction company in the Wigan area. Starting salary is c 25-28,000 per annum plus holidays, pension etc. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, project management, and procurement teams to ensure robust cost control, accurate forecasting, and effective contract administration across a diverse portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities for the Graduate Quantity Surveyor: Commercial & Cost Management Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budget forecasts. Support the development of Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and cost plans. Monitor project costs and track expenditure against approved budgets. Assist in preparing interim valuations and final accounts.
