We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Civil business based in Hertfordshire. Some of your roles and responsibilties, will be as follow: Pre-construction; Assist with tendering & estimating & work winning Tender / prestart meetings Subcontract reviews / negotiations Project commercial management of 2-5 projects ranging up to 2m each; Cost & value reporting / forecasting Applications for payment Change management (NEC & JCT) Contract administration Procurement Reconciliations Record keeping Final account agreements For more information please contact Sam Leeson on (phone number removed)
