I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in Kent to work on projects within Residential, Public Sector & Commercial projects in London and the home counties. Key duties will be - managing trade packages, overseeing all payments to subcontractors, managing tender returns, producing weekly cost forecasting & produce CVR's. You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office & site. You will be based in the UK, but must be open to travel on an as and when need basis for site/client meetings, valuations etc. Your travel costs will be covered.
