Founded in 2016, Broste Rivers Ltd has grown from the bringing together of 7 Hertfordshire local authorities to 8 to form Hertfordshire Building Control (HBC) and subsequently expanding to incorporate a private building control company (Build Insight), a disability grant adaptations service and creating a Building Control Consultancy company. The Broste Rivers vision is anchored in prioritising compliance within the construction industry, fostering improved building safety and mitigating environmental risks.
