Job Title-Quantity Surveyor Reports to Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor Location-Office and Site Based Responsible for-Assistant Quantity Surveyors The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing the commercial resources of assigned projects in order to maximise planned gross margin and profitability. The role involves managing subcontractors, procurement, cost control, project valuations and financial reporting while ensuring commercial and contractual risks are effectively managed.
