Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor M&E Fit-Out (Permanent) London & South East (Maidenhead / Oxfordshire / Berkshire) Salary £60,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience and level of seniority) CJS are seeking capable Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join an established Mechanical & Electrical Building Services contractor. The company specialises in delivering fast-paced M&E fit-out projects within the commercial sector, primarily across London, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Typical projects range from £3m £12m in value, delivered over 6 9 month programmes. A £12m M&E fit-out project currently on site (and growing) is underway on a 7-month programme, and the company expects its projects to increase in scale and duration as it moves into the next financial year.
