Quantity Surveyor Location: Kent, London and London Outskirts The Role: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering roofing, external refurbishment and social housing projects across London and the South East. This role is ideally suited to a Quantity Surveyor with experience in roofing, external works, social housing, planned maintenance or framework contracts. Candidates may currently work for a specialist subcontractor or a main contractor but must possess strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to manage projects from tender stage through to final account. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring contracts are delivered profitably while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
