A Leading Cost Consultancy is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their commercial team in Cannock. The main objective of the role is to lead the pre-construction and estimating activities for regional highways framework projects. Key duties will include: Measurement framework projects from site or contract drawings. Manage subcontractors throughout the bid and procurement stages. Use Schedule of Rates and rate calculations from first principal. Manage applications for payment and change management requests. Manage Cost Value Reconciliation reporting across projects.
