Job Title: M&E Quantity Surveyor Location: Dartford, Kent Salary: 80K + Bonus + Benefits The Role: Prepare cost estimates and competitive tenders for M&E installation projects. Manage commercial aspects of projects from tender through to final account. Analyse drawings, specifications, and employer's requirements to produce accurate take-offs and pricing. Meet with clients to understand project requirements. Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance. Procure subcontractors and suppliers, obtaining and evaluating competitive quotations. Review subcontract orders and commercial terms. Ensure tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and quality checked. Produce commercial reports, forecasts, and maintain project cost data.
