Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor - Contract Central London 475- 550 per day Outside IR35 Long-term contract We are recruiting a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for an established M&E contractor with a turnover of approximately 160m. The business delivers residential, mixed-use and commercial projects with M&E values of up to 50m. You will join a commercial design and build project in central London during pre-construction, taking responsibility for its commercial management through delivery. This is a long-term contract with the opportunity to progress into a Commercial Manager role, overseeing multiple schemes. Key responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of the M&E package from pre-construction through to final account. Prepare budgets, forecasts, cost reports and cash flow updates.
