Experienced MEP Clerk of Works (Part Time) WSI has been providing Site Inspection Services since it was established in 1997. Over the past 20+ years, we have provided flexible levels of input and demonstrated value to our clients by raising issues during the construction process that would otherwise have been overlooked. Such issues usually concern the use of sub-standard materials, shortcuts in acceptable building practices, or issues that would have created future maintenance problems and additional costs. We are seeking a Clerk of Works to take on this part-time role for a period of three months on a part-time (two days per week) basis. Induction, in-house training and insurances will be provided to the successful candidate, and there may be the opportunity of further work in the surrounding area upon completion of the project.
