The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Building Control Manager to lead our Building Control Team. You will be responsible for managing the full function of the service, ensuring it meets statutory requirements, national targets, and remains financially sustainable. This is a strategic leadership role with operational oversight of a skilled team including Area Building Control Officers, Building Control Officers, Trainees, and Assistants. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Building Control function, including human, physical, and financial resources.
