About the Role: Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll play a key role in managing the commercial function across a range of high-profile developments. We're looking for someone who brings strong commercial awareness, technical competence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include: Producing accurate monthly CVR reports and forecasting final positions. Managing subcontractor accounts, including payments, variations, claims, and final accounts. Supporting project teams with quantity surveying tasks and commercial administration.
