Job description Senior Quantity Surveyor Mid & North Wales / North West (hybrid) £60,000 to £70,000 + car allowance + bonus Full-time, permanent, hybrid Our client are a growing regional main contractor with over £15m turnover, delivering refurbishment, maintenance and new-build projects across Mid and North Wales, the West Midlands and neighbouring English regions. This is a role with true commercial ownership. You will run your own projects from award to final account, report directly to the Commercial Manager and Directors, and have genuine autonomy rather than being one voice among many. If you want direct access to decision-makers, a strong pipeline and the room to shape how the commercial function works, this will suit you. Assistant Quantity Surveyor Preston Full-time/ Permanent Our clients are a well established consultancy who are enjoying a strong period of growth in the North-West, creating the opportunity for an Assistant QS to join the team working from the Preston office with hybrid working options. Suitable applicants will have experience at Trainee or Assistant QS level, preferably with a consultancy however we can consider contractor experience also.
