Quantity Surveyor About the Role An established specialist contractor operating within the fa ade and building envelope sector is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team based in Liverpool. The business delivers high-quality fa ade packages across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments throughout the UK. Projects include curtain walling, architectural aluminium systems, steel windows and doors, rainscreen cladding, access solutions, and Steel Framing System (SFS) infill, with project values ranging up to 15 million. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to manage projects from tender through to final account, working closely with operational teams to ensure successful commercial delivery.
