Delivery of new affordable homes is a key action within Edinburgh's Housing Emergency Action Plan. An opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join the Development & Regeneration team and help lead and deliver key projects and programmes of work. We are not only building new homes, we are also creating new places. We are looking for experience of delivering major capital building or housing-led regeneration projects and programmes. You will be expected to have excellent knowledge of the full development lifecycle including construction, statutory approvals, development finance and procurement as well the ability to work in partnership with Council colleagues, local communities and other stakeholders to provide a strong communication and engagement approach.You will need the...
