Quantity Surveyor £40,000 £50,000 + Benefits Leeds (Hybrid) Contract: Permanent We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading business operating within the modular buildings and hire sector based near Leeds. This role will take responsibility for the commercial management of installation, alteration, relocation and removal works across a large fleet of modular units within the hire division. Working closely with operational teams, you will manage multiple concurrent work packages covering subcontract procurement, quotations, cost control, valuations, variations and commercial reporting within a fast-paced operational projects environment.
