Quantity / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civils / Construction Exp Preston 50,000 - 65,000 + Car Allowance over 6.5K We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for their next step into Senior Surveying or an experienced Senior Surveyor. You will have either a Construction or Civils background. The Contractor works in the Civils sector; Rail, Water and Projects (Construction). Main Duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Support and mentoring of junior staff. Maximise profitability on contracts. Monitoring contract costs against budgets. Identifying potential risks and evaluate options for control. Preparation of estimates. Procurement of sub-contractors, including preparation of subcontract documents.
