Job Description Role Overview This is a commercially focused role responsible for cost planning, tendering, procurement, contract management, financial control, and project commercial reporting. The position supports luxury residential and international projects and requires strong expertise in quantity surveying, sound commercial judgement, and advanced documentation skills. This role is well suited for senior Quantity Surveying professionals with experience in high-end residential construction, international procurement, and delivering complex projects from a commercial perspective.
