An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a successful and expanding civil engineering contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the Northeast. Based out of the company's Durham office, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects ranging in value from 5 million to 30 million. Working closely with operational teams and clients, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of schemes across housing developments, infrastructure, industrial developments, roads and highways, earthworks, and groundworks.
