A qualified quantity surveyor specialising in Brickwork is a MUST, responsible for cost planning, measurements, procurement and financial management of masonry works include brickwork, blockwork, and relevant materials. The role involves working closely with project managers, contractors and clients to minimise cost and ensure profitability. Key Responsibilities : Cost Estimation and budgeting Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost Plan Analyse drawings, specifications and project documents to calculate quantities Monitor project budget and identify potential cost risks Measurements and Take Offs : Perform accurate quantity take offs for - Brickwork, Blockwork, Mortar, Reinforcement and Sundries / accessories Salary - 60K Hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm - Office based

Their work covers a broad range of carpentry and joinery, from first and second-fix packages through to more detailed bespoke joinery. Projects include large residential developments alongside selected commercial and specialist schemes.
