Were Hiring Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Plymouth We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC4 contract experience to support the successful delivery of industrial, marine and infrastructure projects from tender through to final account. Key role and responsibilities for Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender submissions and pricing documents. Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation to produce competitive estimates. Manage commercial aspects of projects from award through to completion. Administer contracts in accordance with NEC4 contract requirements. Manage compensation events, early warnings and change control procedures.
