Role Overview The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from contract award through to final account. The role focuses on cost control, contract administration, procurement, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered profitably and commercially managed throughout their lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, design teams, subcontractors, and clients, the Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in protecting margins, managing variations, and ensuring strong commercial discipline across projects.
