Lindum is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their York Team in Elvington. You will provide commercial support for a range of projects from £300k to £10m across various sectors including housing, retail, and education. The ideal candidate must have experience in the construction industry, a driving license, and knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts. We are currently seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support as part of the Lindum York Team based in Elvington. We have a variety of clients in a range of sectors, including affordable housing, food, retail, and education, commercial, industrial and health. Projects size will range from £300k to £10m You'll be joining a friendly, fun, practical, and inspiring community.
