Nottingham City Council is recruiting an experienced Principal Building Control Surveyor to lead a growing Building Control team. This role involves directing complex projects, advising developers, and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations across the city. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with design teams and senior leaders, and help shape the service through technology and learning development. Hybrid working is available.
