Undertake PPM surveys, condition surveys, technical due diligence and building pathology investigations. Prepare specifications, schedules of work, technical reports and Reinstatement Cost Assessments. Manage maintenance, repair, refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects. Act as Contract Administrator under JCT and SBCC forms of contract. Prepare Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations. Provide clear technical advice and maintain strong relationships with clients.
