Salary: £68,675 per annum Location: South London / Surrey The Role: We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to play a key role in delivering planned investment, major works, cyclical maintenance and building safety programmes across a residential property portfolio. Working as part of a proactive Asset Management team, you will lead the delivery of capital projects from inception through to completion, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.
