This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial and contractual aspects of major construction and civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will play a key role across the full project lifecycle, overseeing cost control, procurement, contract administration, commercial reporting and financial management, while working closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors.
