Gilmartins is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join our Planned & Voids division, based from our Houghton Regis office. The role will provide commercial management and support across a portfolio of planned maintenance, refurbishment and void property works within the social housing sector. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure contracts are commercially controlled, accurately valued and delivered in line with agreed budgets and client requirements. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience within social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment, responsive maintenance or void works. However, strong Quantity Surveyors from related construction sectors will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Provide commercial management across planned maintenance and void contracts.
