Job Description The Project Manager will take overall responsibility for the successful planning, delivery and close-out of construction projects. The postholder will coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to deliver projects safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction and mobilisation through construction, handover, defects and final account. Develop and maintain project execution plans, programmes, procurement schedules, cost plans, risk registers and reporting processes. Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate clients, consultants, commercial teams, site management, subcontractors and suppliers.
