Quantity Surveyor We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing residential construction and development business with an exciting pipeline of projects across the North West. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who wants to take real ownership of project performance and have a direct influence on commercial decision-making. You ll be involved from procurement and cost planning through to valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts, working closely with the site and contracts teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially successfully. This is not a role where you'll simply produce reports from behind a desk.
