Principal / Senior Building Control Surveyor (RBI) London Borough Hybrid Working 3-6 Month Contract We are seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector to join a busy and forward-thinking Building Control team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, public sector and regeneration projects while supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality development throughout the Borough. Key Responsibilities Assess Building Regulation applications and technical submissions. Undertake site inspections across a range of developments. Provide practical and proportionate technical advice to applicants, developers and contractors. Support and mentor junior officers where appropriate.
