You're a structural engineer with at least 3 years experience designing in UK consultancy. Starting to get a sense that there's more to the industry and your development than staying put in your current role. Perhaps you're looking to get more exposure to a wider-range of projects, or can simply see the benefits of working in a small but growing company that is completely employee-owned.
No need to feel like a small cog in a big wheel. You'll be running jobs and working very closely with chartered structural engineers as you progress your career and follow your own chartership journey.
