Job Description
GM Global Recruitment is working exclusively with a client in the Dunfermline area that have an immediate requirement for a Senior Structural Engineer due to increased workload.
This is a hands on role within a fast paced environment working on both residential and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing design calculations.
- Supporting graduate engineers and technicians.
- Carry out structural surveys to identify and advise on any potential issues.
- Working with minimal supervision you will be able to manage your own projects from design through to completion.
- Supervising the production of design drawings.
- Experience of working with steel, timber, concrete and masonry.
- In addition to strong communication skills my client is looking for someone personable to complement their friendly working environment.
- Drivers license is required for site visits.
