Job Description

A close-knit Quantity Surveying team in Leicester, which is one of several offices across the UK, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys delivering projects and is interested in building a long-term career which offers fast-paced career progression.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

With the recent retirement of an experienced Quantity Surveyor, the director in Leicester is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable and enjoys project delivery and can hit the ground running and pick up jobs.

Project wise, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad mix of education, university, residential, and local authority schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Recent /Current experience within PQS / Consultancy practice
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Comfortable delivering projects independently
  • Driving license and car
