A busy and well-established London-based construction company is looking to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Junior Site Manager to work directly under the Managing Director.
This is a varied and flexible role, ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge who is looking to develop commercially and operationally within a fast-moving business.
The Role
You will support the Managing Director across both commercial and operational aspects of live projects, with a strong focus on administration, client liaison, and management support. The role is primarily remote / office-based, with occasional site or client visits where required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Liaising with clients and maintaining professional working relationships
Assisting with project documentation, contracts, and paperwork
Handling emails, enquiries, and general office administration
Supporting cost control, valuations, and basic QS duties
Assisting with site coordination and project tracking
Supporting senior management with day-to-day operational tasks
Helping ensure projects run smoothly from pre-start to completion
About You
Previous experience or strong knowledge of the construction industry is essential
Background or interest in Quantity Surveying, Site Management, or Project Support
Organised, reliable, and confident communicating with clients
Comfortable working independently in a remote/office environment
Good IT skills (emails, documents, basic spreadsheets)
Keen to learn and progress within a growing fabrication business
