Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

A personable, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that has shown significant growth over the past couple of years is now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join their Plymouth office and shall work within a close-knit QS team where you will have the chance to work across a varied portfolio of clients that focuses on projects across the Southwest and redeveloping key areas and buildings.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor, with support of the wider team, will help run projects from inception to completion, including elements of EA and PM.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • MRICS, or working towards
  • 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Previously worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy environment
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • CAD and /or CostX experience would be a bonus
  • Car and driving licence
