The role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: London
Day Rate: 320.00 / 330.00 CIS / LTD Company
Requirements:
- 5+ Years QS experience
- Local to London
- Strong numerical & analytical skills
- Able to run / Control jobs from 200k - 3mil
- Familiarity with subcontractor/supplier pricing
Duties:
- Oversee Leisure and hospitality projects up to 3mil
- Prepare and manage tender submissions and cost estimates.
- Calculate labour and material requirements for project timelines.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and progress valuations.
- Source and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Manage budgets through design, planning, and delivery stages.
- Recommend cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
- Identify and mitigate cost and contractual risks.
- Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and procurement procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet financial targets
