Quantity Surveyor (Assistant)

I am pleased to share an exciting opportunity with you, working for our client as a Quantity Surveyor, for our client in the Public Sector.

Role: Quantity Surveyor (Assistant)

Contract Length: 6 months - potential extension

Location: Gosport (Base locations) - travel will be required across UK, once a week on site as required - EXPENSES AVAILABLE FOR TRAVEL - remainder from home

IR35: INSIDE

Pay Rate : .00 /DAY

Security Clearance: SC (ACTIVE)

Key Responsibilities

• Support workload for other Quantity Surveyors.
• Work on multiple small contracts and one large project.
• Maintain NEC 3/4 and pre-tender experience.
• Assist in cost analysis, risk management, and procurement compliance.
• Provide support in various project management tasks including cost control and valuation.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background with Assistant or Chartered Quantity Surveyor experience.
• Previous experience in pre-tender and NEC 3/4.
