Job Description
Apex Resources Limited are on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent contract in Widnes, WA8
Must have experience in fast pace retail and fitout projects;
Cost Management & Estimation: Preparing, forecasting, and tracking budgets for labour, materials, and time.
Contract Administration: Negotiating contracts, managing subcontractor agreements, and handling contractual claims or disputes.
Feasibility Studies: Advising on the financial viability of construction projects.
Valuations: Performing site visits to measure work completed and managing interim payments.
Risk Management: Identifying financial risks, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Final Accounts: Closing out projects by reconciling final costs.
Contract/Salary Rate : 60,000 to 65,000 per year
