My client, a regional house builder, based in Poole, are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
They are seeking someone with similar experience working for a house builder.
Key responsibilities will include:

Full commercial management of housing schemes

Procurement and management of subcontract packages

Cost control, forecasting and reporting

Valuations, variations and final accounts

Supporting and mentoring junior commercial team members
