Degree Quantity Surveyor Apprentice - VINCI Building - South

Joining our team will mean working on our sites in and around South. Quantity Surveyors are part the commercial team looking after the financial side of a construction project. Working on live construction sites, managing budgets, costs, invoices, negotiating with sub-contractors, dealing with contracts and matters of contract law.

• To assist with the procurement of materials and off-site services
• To assist with procurement and cost control of sub-contractors
• To assist with the payments
• Develop an understanding of cost control
• Develop an understanding of programming and sequencing
• To assist with sub-contract administration
• To support project close out and archiving of accounts

Our regions cover a large geographic area and although we try to place staff near to their homes sometimes, they may be required to work some distance away.
