Home Based South East Patch - ideally located around Woking, Reading, Guildford, Crawley, Worthing, Farnham, Windsor or surrounding areas.

You will play a key role in surveying, assessing and planning maintenance and improvement works across a defined regional portfolio.
On offer is a home based position where you will take the technical lead across your patch, carrying out condition surveys, assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates, while working closely with site based teams.
This role would suit a Surveying professional looking to develop further, take on greater responsibility and progress their career within a supportive and forward thinking organisation.
The Role- Building, facilities and estates surveying across a cluster of sites
- Assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates
- Supporting planned maintenance and minor improvement works
- Home based with regular travel across sites within the South East
- Background in Building Surveying, Estates or Facilities Management
- Able to obtain or already hold a DBS check
- Full UK driving licence
