Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Quantity Surveyor: Opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor who s looking to progress to senior within the next 12-18 months to join a reputable main contractor with nearly 50 years in the industry working on privately owned buildings and commercial fit-out and refurbishments. Projects are spread across London and the southeast with contract values ranging from £100.000 to £100 million. Initially, a QS is needed to join a team of 4 surveyors working on a £60 million 10 floor cut and carve in Central London. This will then be followed by a CAT A and B fit out.

• Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Managing Packages.
• Site Meetings.

• Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Personable and friendly character to fit in with company culture.

• £50,000 - £70,000 base salary with travel covered and a performance bonus.
