We re looking for a
proactive, detail-oriented professional to manage costs, contracts, and procurement while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
What You ll Do - Lead cost planning, estimation, and financial control from start to finish.
- Prepare, manage, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Monitor project budgets, provide reports, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Oversee procurement to secure best value and quality.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver adaptations successfully.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess risks, and manage variations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
About You - Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and construction law.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Experience in housing, social care, or public sector projects is a plus.
