What You ll Do
  • Lead cost planning, estimation, and financial control from start to finish.
  • Prepare, manage, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, provide reports, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Oversee procurement to secure best value and quality.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver adaptations successfully.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess risks, and manage variations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
About You
  • Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and construction law.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Experience in housing, social care, or public sector projects is a plus.
