- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (minimum 2 years PQE)

The Role
- Technical Due Diligence and pre acquisition surveys
- Contract administration and dilapidations
- Refurbishment and redevelopment projects
- Monitoring, PPM and general commercial surveying services
- Client relationship management and fee generation
The Person
- Degree in Building Surveying
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial buildings and contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
- Comfortable using digital tools and report writing technology
