Civil Structural Engineer

Our client, a leading consultancy in the transmission and distribution (T&D) sector, is currently seeking a Civil Structural Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.

• Designing, analysing, and reviewing structural elements within T&D infrastructure projects
• Conducting site assessments and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
• Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including reports, calculations, and drawings
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and delivery
• Providing technical support during construction phases, including responding to RFI (Requests for Information)
• Ensuring projects are completed within the specified timelines and budgets
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements
• Participating in project meetings and providing expert advice

• Experience in civil structural engineering within the T&D sector
• Strong knowledge of relevant civil engineering principles and T&D standards
• Proficiency in using engineering software for structural analysis and design
• Excellent technical report writing and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
