Are you a skilled Senior Structural Engineer looking for a new challenge in a well respected engineering consultancy?

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will:

  • Lead structural design and engineering across a diverse portfolio of projects, from complex multistorey developments to bespoke residential schemes.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior and mid level engineers, fostering professional growth and excellence.
  • Prepare and review detailed calculations, specifications, reports and structural drawings to high professional standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors and other consultants to deliver efficient, buildable and cost effective solutions.
  • Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards and client requirements, maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Undertake site visits and offer construction support as required to ensure successful project delivery.

You'll be a strong candidate if you have:

  • A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Chartered status (IStructE/ICE) or working towards chartership.
  • Proven experience leading structural design on complex building projects, ideally with exposure to both new build and refurbishment work.
  • Proficiency with structural analysis and modelling software.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and lead project delivery.
  • Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions focused approach.
