Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include;
Managing subcontractor procurement and payments
Preparing and submitting interim applications and variations
Cost reporting and forecasting
Supporting contract administration
Working collaboratively with site teams and clients.
Identifying and managing commercial risks
Prepare tender packages
Requirements
A qualification (HNC, HND or degree) in Quantity Surveying
A full UK Driving Licence
Experience in Civil Engineering or infrastructure
A working knowledge of Microsoft software such as Word, Excel
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills and able to build working relationships with clients and site teams.
NEC Contract knowledge.
Desirable (but not essential)
CSCS Card
Past experience working on cable install projects
Programming experience
